Returns and Refunds

• Unsatisfied with Your Purchase?
   If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it free of charge using the return shipping label provided with your purchase. This label is required for a refund.
  
  Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly issue a full refund, including the shipping cost, within 30 days.
  
  
• Damaged or Broken Products
  Our LIFETIME WARRANTY covers any damage or breakage. Use the return shipping label provided with your purchase to return the damaged product.
  
   If your product breaks and you no longer have the return label, please contact us at customersupport@clipandhang.com. We will email you a new return label so you can return the damaged item for a replacement or refund at no cost. This label is required for a replacement or refund, within 30 days.
  
  While we appreciate feedback on how the product was damaged or broken to help us improve, it is not mandatory.
